The Yamanoibuki, meaning "breath of the mountains" is a relatively new breed of green tea that has its origins in the mountainous areas of Shizuoka prefecture. This is a rare breed as it takes a lot of time and effort to cultivate.

Sweet in taste, this tea has a small amount of bitterness which makes for a nice tea that you can drink on a daily basis.
