Japanese woodworker Toshifumi Momose resides in Shizuoka where he runs his project 'Hikimonojo 639' from a 150 year old Japanese farm house surrounded by mountains and countryside.
After graduating from Shizuoka Design College Toshifumi studied under a woodworker and founded his studio in 2011. His eye for contemporary design has seen him craft a series in collaboration with industrial designer Keita Hanazawa. What came from it is a stunning selection with clean angles that showcase the best qualities of this natural material.
