Gokou Sencha 40g
The Gokou blend has been cultivated in the Kyoto region for many years and features a deep shine and deep colour thanks to the 'Kabuse' technique used to grow it.
When farmed the tea leaf is covered and shaded for up to two weeks before harvesting. This techniques changes the flavours and creates a tea with a strong but sweet taste and a hint of bitterness at the end. Its rarity makes it perfect for special occasions.
