Mamezara Dish Cedar Bark

A special sustainable and organic series produced from resin by Japanese studio ARAS. These pieces are perfect for family households and other environments where tableware is used often as they are very durable.

ARAS discovered a manufacturing method that enables them to make modern but sustainable tableware by fusing 50% wood with their resin material. What they've produced is a new contemporary range that is natural looking.

Please note: The colour may differ slightly from the photos seen here as each one is made from a natural material. Slight lines of unevenness may be present on the surface, this is normal and is part of the making process. On arrival there will be a natural scent of cedar wood which will fade with use. Oils can stain the surface and make the surface appearance darker over time.
