This time they head to Japan to visit the workshops of woodworker Tomii Takashi, ceramicist Masanobu Ando, and glass artist Kazumi Tsuji, also interviewing furniture designer Mira Nakashima, the daughter of well-known Japanese-American woodworker George Nakashima.

As with their shop selection, which focuses on Japanese and Scandinavian design, the book introduces us to artists and designers that have yet to be fully documented.
