Korean craftsman Chaehoon Moon crafts tableware using Korean traditional materials such as Yuhgee (Korean bronze) and Ottchil (Korean lacquer). Each piece is elegantly handmade and has unique sterilising effects that maintain the freshness in the food. Thanks to the bronze body (a composite of copper and tin) the temperature of the food can easily be maintained. 

The 'New Moon' collection features swooping curves that is not only contemporary but also takes in to consideration the incorporation of  lacquer as a craft and how we can incorporate this traditional technique in to our modern environment.
