What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
You can pay securely with either VISA, VISA Debit or Mastercard. Payments are handled by Sage Pay, no credit card information is handled by us.
Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method. Each of these payments are safe and secure, please rest assured your money is safe.
We accept most of the major cards out there today, if you don't see your option PayPal should work in most other cases.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
This depends on your exact location, we ship worldwide via FedEx so it should get to you within a few working days. But for more detailed information we would recommend heading towards our Shipping page.
How much does shipping cost for my item?
This is best answered on the Delivery page.
What currency will I be charged in?
The final price is fixed and will always be charged in £ Sterling (GBP). For an easy shopping experience we include an exchange calculator within our store design which can be found on the cart page, these are current exchange rates and are approximate only and should be used only as a guide.
The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, both this process and the charges involved with the process we have no control over, therefore we cannot tell you what the cost of this will be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please also be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
How do I return an item or an order?

What if my order is not correct?
We do our upmost to make sure mistakes do not happen, however as we are only human from time to time they can occur. If you have noticed a mistake with your order please get in contact with us so we can put this right for you, stating your order reference and issue.

Will a certain product come back in stock?
Due to the nature of our web shop a lot of our products are very much limited in their availability which means we have no particular rule on restocking items. A lot are one offs or handmade and once they're sold out they can't be purchased again in the future.
Saying that, if you really want something you can email us and we'll try our hardest to help you find what you're looking for.
