How is shipping calculated?

We ship to most places in the world from our location in England, UK. Each package is placed in a category of shipping price according to destination and cost. Even though final shipping charges will be shown at the checkout, we highly recommend reading through our delivery page before checking out.

How do I return my order?

Contact us at shop@the189.com to obtain a Returns Form which must be included with your return - please include the order number and full name in your email. All returns must be sent via registered and insured mail in their original condition to our returns address.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe as our payment gateway provider, they are both secure and reliable. You can pay securely on our shop with either VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover or Diner's Club. We also accept PayPal.

How Long do I have to return my order?

We offer a refund or exchange for orders received 14 working days from receipt. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

You can choose an alternate delivery address on checkout. Be aware that DPD does not deliver to P.O. Boxes as a signature will be required upon delivery.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive confirmation via e-mail, this will include a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Why doesn’t my credit card work?

We take most of the major cards on the market today but if any option should be left out we offer the option to pay by PayPal which works in most other cases. For information on payments please read through our Payment page.

Will a certain product come back in stock?

Due to the nature of our web shop some of the objects are one-offs, once they are sold out exact replicas cannot be purchased again. Saying that, we have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we receive them again and sometimes we don’t. Stay updated by visiting the "new arrivals" page or by signing up on each product page to receive a notification when the item is back in stock.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, both this process and the charges involved with the process we have no control over. Therefore we cannot tell you what the cost of this will be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so you are not surprised by any charges that you were not expecting.

My order is incorrect?!

We do our upmost to make sure mistakes do not happen. However, as we are only human from time to time mistakes can occur. If you have noticed a mistake with your order please get in contact with us so we can put this right for you, stating your order reference and issue.
