This matcha has been made by steaming the picked tea leaves, removing the stems and veins from the dried tea leaves and grinding the leaves to a powder by hand using a stone mill.

The Samidori blend has been cultivated in the mountains of Wazuka and is an all around matcha that can be used in for a mixture of uses. As well as drinking, you can also use it for desserts or adding to your breakfast. There is a medium bitterness but has a sweetness and strong umami.
