Okumidori Matcha

This matcha has been made by steaming the picked tea leaves, removing the stems and veins from the dried tea leaves and grinding the leaves to a powder by hand using a stone mill.

The Okumidori blend has been cultivated in the mountains of Wazuka and is known for having a subtle taste in the mouth. There is a clean aftertaste with little bitterness, perfect if you are new to matcha.
