A beautiful piece of art that's been handmade at Japanese potter Shinobu Hashimoto's studio in Hokkaido, Japan. The glaze itself is titled Hibi Kuro, mixed with a new glaze that's made of palladium. Shinobu adds this to sections of the pot to create an effect that's unique and captivating on the eye.

Well-known for his unique style of decoration, the crackle effect shows through leaving a gold colour beneath the black body. To contrast you have a shiny interior that reflects the light quite beautifully. It's certainly one of a kind.
