This series by artist Daniele De Batté revolves around the module, working with the idea of balancing positive and negative space.
Interestingly, he tends to experiment with monotone colour, lending itself to the idea of "empty space".
Trained as a graphic designer, Daniele is able to create bold visuals using hand techniques. Here he has applied black acrylic paint on to paper.
