Roimo.

Japanese artist 'Roimo.', aka Megumi Tsurubayashi, is an artist based in Karuizawa, a small town in Nagano, Japan. Megumi experiments with abstract and expressionist themes, using mainly oil paints on top of pieces of board, sometimes even wood off-cuts that are then stitched together to add a unique sense of layering in her work.

Throughout her collection you will find small words scribbled, incorporating different languages in to her design which shows there are deeper themes at play. Even when playing with such unique themes, Megumi has a great eye for how shape and form can interplay to create modern art that's timeless.
