The Riki Stool is a paper-based assembly furniture designed by Japanese designer Riki Watanabe in 1965 produced by METROCS.

Corrugated cardboard, a recyclable material, is reinforced thanks to its structure. Although it weighs only 0.8kg to 1kg, this stool can withstand a load of 740kg for the low stool and 650kg for the high stool. A stool with sufficient strength to be used as a chair.

In addition to being used as a stool, you can also play with them like building blocks and draw pictures on the surface of cardboard. Tools are not even required to assemble it. A marvellous piece of design.

Please note: Ships directly from Japan. May require a shipping fee.

Approx Dimensions: Width 330 x Depth 330 x Height 330 mm (load capacity is 740kg). Weight: 0.8 kg. Handmade in Japan. Ships from Japan.
