SHIPPING

    Orders in the UK are shipped using either Royal Mail or FedEx. We use Royal Mail for smaller items (orders below £45.00 GBP) and either Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx UK for larger items (orders over £45.00 GBP). Orders shipped on Royal Mail Special or FedEx are fully insured, but we do not deliver to PO boxes. A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. When your order leaves our studio you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order.

    UK orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 noon GMT (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon GMT or on holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). International orders are usually shipped the next business day.

    We occasionally offer free delivery on all orders, this will be clearly stated on our website. Your order will be edited with no shipping charge on the final payment page.

    All international orders are sent through FedEx and will receive a tracking number, unless the order is under £45.00 GBP and the shipment is being sent by Royal Mail.

    If you would like a more detailed shipping charge per product or if you have lost or have not received a tracking number we can offer this by contacting us on our shop email.
